Chris Verras is a passionate educator and a lifelong resident of Fairfield. Growing up here, Chris developed a strong connection to the community through his involvement in local sports and various community activities. After earning his teaching degree, he started teaching in Bridgeport and currently is teaching Social Studies in Bridgeport Public Schools.

In addition to his role as a teacher, Chris has served as a youth football coach, helping to mentor and inspire the next generation of Fairfield residents. His dedication to education and community service drives his commitment to make Connecticut a better place for everyone.
Chris Verras believes in the power of every individual, regardless of age can make a difference, shape their future, and to create positive change in our community. He's driven to make a difference for his family, friends, neighbors, & students.
